    Hey everyone - sorry I've been away a while. Just caught up on the posts - with respect to the Turkey trip - this trip is costing exactly 38% of what we spent last year for the same length trip to Florida. It was an AWESOME deal because someone wanted the team to be there. This just doesn't happen here in the USA yet!

    NJ/NY Gotham FC announced Tuesday that midfielder Elizabeth Eddy has been loaned to the Newcastle United Jets in Australia.

    The Costa Mesa, Calif. native will join the New South Wales club in the Australian A-League Women through March 28. She is expected to rejoin Gotham FC for the 2022 National Women’s Soccer League season.

    Carli Lloyd has joined the Gotham FC ownership.
    Furthermore, according to Gotham, "Lloyd will act as a consultant and advisor to Gotham FC to help boost the club’s profile in local, national, and international markets."

    NJ/NY Gotham FC Friday announced that four-time WNBA champion Sue Bird has become a minority investor in the National Women’s Soccer League franchise.

    She joined an ownership group that includes founding owners Tammy Murphy, Phil Murphy, and Steve Temares, as well as investors Karen Bryant, Kristin Bernert, Carli Lloyd, Ed Nalbandian, Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman’s 35V.

    Penn State is scrimmaging Gotham on Saturday, 3/18. Have not seen more details yet but will keep an eye to twitter.

    Gotham FC and Kristie Mewis mutually agreed to part ways. Mewis will sign with West Ham United of the Women's Super League.

    Gotham FC have announced the signing of US Women's National Team star Crystal Dunn on a multi-year contract that will take her through the end of 2026. Dunn, who was previously playing with the Portland Thorns, is one of the league's most decorated players and returns to her native New York/New Jersey to continue her career.

    BREAKING: Gotham FC announced today that the club has signed USWNT midfielders, Olympians, and FIFA World Cup Champions Rose Lavelle and Emily Sonnett – also a two-time NWSL Champion – to multiyear contracts with the club through 2026.
