Two people who are, surprisingly STILL ALIVE Designer Ralph Lauren STILL ALIVE at 85 years old today Cliff Richard STILL ALIVE at 84 years young. (He looks like Lon Chaney in Phantom of the Opera)
For better or worse, Benjamin Netanyahu, is still alive and is 75 years old today. Certainly famous, perhaps, infamous.
Genuinely surprised to read that former "Chicago Eight" defendant and civil rights activist Bobby Seale is still alive. He is 88 years old today
Dan Rather, former host of CBS News and most recently interviewing musicians on AXS TV is STILL alive and going relatively strongly at the ripe old age of 93.
Also, Brian Doyle-Murray, older brother of the actually famous Bill Murrey is, surprisingly, still alive at 79 years of age. He got his television start in 1975 on Saturday Night Live. No, not THAT One! Saturday Night Live: with Howard Cosell. Howard Cosell's show actually predated NBC's "Saturday Night" by three weeks. NOTHING says "variety show" and "lots of laughs" like 1970's Howard Cosell! Both Bill Murray and Brian Doyle-Murray were on it. They were two of the Prime Time Players (along with Christopher Guest). Again, not to be confused with the "Not Ready for Primetime Players" on NBC's shows. Sadly, or fortunately, Cosell's show only lasted 18 episodes. It is generally considered one of the worst, most ill-conceived shows in television history. Most of the episodes have been lost.
