This cycle it doesn't mean much for the US, but other years it'll be great practice for away qualifiers. For Mexico it's a chance for their fans to actually see their team play. For teams like Jamaica and Honduras it's a chance to see strong opponents at home. In Europe, we saw what it means for Greece, with their biggest football crowd since the Olympics. Denmark also sold out their game against Spain.

 

Game over. With the draw, New Caledonia finishes first in the group and Fiji finishes second.
