Lol, remember making fun of old people and technology years ago. Well how about youths and signatures. Nevada’s secretary of state, seeing high number of rejected ballots in Clark and Washoe, says one of the biggest issues is that the signatures of younger voters don’t always match what’s on their driver’s licenses:“It’s mostly the fact that young people don’t have signatures…— Dylan Byers (@DylanByers) November 5, 2024
Madrid is an analyst, not an advocate. feeling better and better EDIT if the tweet doesn’t show he says turnout, undecideds, and the gender gap are all positive indicators for Harris. Turnout. Gender gap. Undecideds. All breaking her way.— Mike Madrid (@madrid_mike) November 5, 2024
The downside for Harris is it appears more white vote vs black compared to 2020: Preliminary Pennsylvania Exit Poll Voter demographics:White: 83% (vs. 81% in 2020)Black: 9% (vs. 11% in 2020)Edison Research— Political Polls (@PpollingNumbers) November 5, 2024
My day has been since I woke up at 7: Breakfast, gym, take cat to the vet, go to the store, play video games, waiting on dinner, then building a Lego set with the TV in the background with a glass of wine. My voting center is down the street from my house, when I passed by it there was a DJ playing outside.
I would have just said Fvck it. give it up for Lexi, folks pic.twitter.com/D8T6EBNzFu— Jason Linkins (@dceiver) November 5, 2024
OK, but that poll at the end that had Trump+1 had the black vote weighted at IIRC 5.2%. It was 5.something for sure. In that context 9% is good.
Here's my standard every-four-years complaint. CNN currently has New Hampshire as an exact tie. Each candidate has... three votes each. Why even f****ng bother telling us that?
Old tweet, from 10am Eidt: it’s the Batman slapping Robin meme. robin starts to talk about early exit polls but Batman interrupts him with his pimp hand. Oooo....first wave exit poll data starting to come into the system. Just a reminder... pic.twitter.com/71L4H8WQu7— Michael McDonald (@ElectProject) November 5, 2024
https://www.jsonline.com/story/news...30000-ballots-over-machine-error/76078233007/ Milwaukee's central count location will rerun about 31,000 ballots after a "sealing" error with the tabulation machines was discovered at the downtown site on Election Day, potentially delaying a final count by one to three hours, city spokesman Jeff Fleming said on Tuesday. Queue up the conspiracies.
But in most states wouldn’t that turn those into provisional ballots, with the voter given the opportunity to come in and perfect the ballot?
4 years ago, I went to vote early (waited in line 30 minutes) and when I came out, somebody had pulled their car playing music, and half the line was dancing. It was awesome!
Am I supposed to have faith in young people curing their ballot? They're not even together enough to have a proper signature!
