1000 Rs is steep. I don't see the common Kolkata folks dishing out that much for Messi. Maybe they would for Maradona. But not for Messi. And with tickets in that price range, how do they expect to fill up the 1 lakh seats at the stadium?

So far it is just me and 2 other people who are still on track to go to this game. If you make it, and you're friends give it a miss, you can definitely join us. :)

I haven't the tickets yet. The match is on the 2nd of September. I am supposed to attend a wedding in Kolkata on the 4th (Sunday). So, I plan to club the game along with the trip.

Any idea how much the tickets costs?
For the Kahn farewell match, I payed 50 Rs. :D Those were very cheap.

I'm not that great with photoshop but I try! Don't actually use Adobe's photoshop, or Gimp, (a popular alternative), instead preferring to use an old basic program called PhotoImpression. It's easier for my simple mind to handle, haha!

Like I said in a thread recently, if you ever come over to England we can meet up and hang out if you like. It'd be fun!
