Dixville Notch has voted. It's a 3-3 tie. https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/05/politics/dixville-notch-new-hampshire-2024-results/index.html This does not assuage my sense of doom.

Looks like the marxist cadres turned out for Chairwoman Kamala! Philly is looking like they are ready to elect Kamala Harris as President. So damn beautiful. pic.twitter.com/bvTf6C8mTC— Ricky Davila (@TheRickyDavila) November 5, 2024
Vibe, polls and crowd size =/= voting results Vibe, polls and crowd size =/= voting results Vibe, polls and crowd size =/= voting results To quote Mr. Murphy, anything that can go wrong will go wrong
My day started at 4:00am. It's a 40 minute drive to my assigned precinct and we had to be there at 5:45 for set up. I doubt we'll get more than 200 folks today. Tillman Island is very remote...
I am feeling anxious but moderately optimistic. I believe the good guys will win today and those are the main reasons. - Momentum & Enthusiasm are on Harris side - Much superior GOTV machine and organization – - Massive $$ war chest - Iowa poll (Ohio as well) is a harbinger of good news - She has more paths to 270 - Gender gap - Minorities support – Black vote will go for her over 90% - AAPI/Jewish/LGBTQ/Natives/Puerto Ricans etc.. - Women; Women; Women (Harris winning women by +12) - It is Dobbs, Stupid! I think she will win the blue wall and at least 2 (if not 3) out of the 4 of GA/NC/AZ/NV.
Stuart Stevens has been steadfast in his predictions and he always come with rational arguments. This is a solid one.....If women continue to support KH at +10 clip, it is going to be hard to catch. No surprise that the Musk and Rogan of the world were trying to mobilize men yesterday. A little math. The average gender gap since 2004 is 4%. This is 7%. If 90 million vote tomorrow, men will have to vote at 51% to get the gender gap to 4%. The last time more men voted than women on election day was 1976. https://t.co/iT4OzAjMqd— Stuart Stevens (@stuartpstevens) November 5, 2024
I'm cautiously optimistic about today. Whether or not that will translate on inauguration day, we'll have to see.
Took about 45 minutes to vote here in Columbus. A huge line, but it's also what you get when you arrive at 6:45, which is the busiest time of the entire day here. My district in Columbus is so blue it's approaching ultra-violet. Good to have my sticker.
I’m actually optimistic as well, slept well last night and just will be following along during the day with some UCL to break up the day. Voted in very blue Mass first thing this morning, a very long line at 7am.
Showed up at 5:30 to set up signs and passed out sample ballots until my 7:00 replacement showed up. Just had breakfast and am getting ready to go to work. I have community band practice tonight so I won’t get home until 10:00-ish. Hope I’m able to focus on work at the office in the meantime.
How do you guys will spend your day? Planning to go to the gym by 11, then go to the sauna...back home and watch Champions league....That will take me through the afternoon. May go for a walk in the park after.....
I’m actually glad to be working from home today, have meetings most of the morning. Just have some music in in the background (the new Cure album is amazing). I’ll probably take the doggo for a long walk around lunchtime and settle in for the UCL this afternoon. Tonight I’ll probably have a margarita or 2 to wait the results.
