Wow this feels like a loss. Sorry but Carlo is a massive coward when it comes to these big games.

 

Fair score imo. We deserved to win just based on fan nonsense... but based on the game itself, no.

The actual error that led to the play was... Valverde recovering late on his side. Allowed the midfielder to run forward and have an open look and pass. If we really want to blame someone on that goal, it's primarily Valverde.

Rudiger secondarily for being a bit slow pushing up and messing up the offsides.

 

Similar scenario and late changes that resulted in a last minute Atletico draw in last season's home Derby game..

Last team to beat Real Madrid was Atletico Madrid in this stadium. I guess it could have been worse. Could have been a loss. But I just can't get over that fantastic LUNG BURSTING 80 yards sprint from Jude Bellingham being wasted by an overconfident and frankly stupid Endrick cost Madrid for their complacency.
