Their numbers are good, but let’s see what happens when their schedule gets harder.

    Palmer is lethal

not sure he offers anything outside of the goals yet but he is frightening as a potential Kane replacement

I see a career path like rvp moving from the rw to a false 9 or striker role. As I have told the big soccer homies on a regular basis

Digne just got booked for delaying the restart against Ipswich for kicking the ball away. If karma is a bitch then hopefully he will get a second yellow for something stupid before the match is over

I’ve lost track of the number of times United have lost the ball in their own half today. Feel like Sperz should be up 3-0 but they haven’t taken advantage.

Hoffenheim - Bremen is wild right now.

Hoffenheim goes up 3-0 in 12 minutes, then they have a defender sent off in the 18th.

Bremen has leveled the score, and it's not even halftime yet.

Bruno Fernandes straight red! Don’t think it is that bad of a challenge but I’m not a ref.

That Van de Ven run to make the opening goal… whoosh. He ran 70 yards, through 6 Yanited players who were left in his dust. I think I heard 23.4 mph. OMG

I have as much disdain for Rat-face as anyone, but I thought that was harsh. He looks to slip which causes his leg to flail upwards. A yellow was warranted but a red is a bit harsh IMO.

I pretty much despise Bruno Fernandes but that’s a pretty harsh call.

Seems to me the virus should’ve sent the HR to the pitchside side monitor to make sure he’s happy with his original call.

I don’t understand why PGMOL is so reticent to do that in the EPL. MLS does a better job of that IMHO.

Beeb commentary states studs by Fernandes, doesn’t look like it. Was his heel, thought a yellow for sure.

Earlier they showed Wayne Rooney in the stands, and based on how he was filling out his trenchcoat, this old chant of ours came to mind:

“He’s fat, he’s round, he weighs 200 pounds”

Not sure if I remember accurately us singing it to him, or even if I remember the words accurately at all, but it seemed a little apt today? ;)

And apologies in advance for any non-PC infraction I’ve committed with this sort of banter.

    "He's fat, he's scouse,
    He'll rob ya ********in' house"
    chant.

If was hearing it right, the Spuds were singing “ your club is shit, your club is shit…”

Which is very hard to find fault with. And, comparatively speaking, we almost beat the best team in the country/world with a very similar 10-man deficit. And Yanited meekly collapsed to Spuds.

refs continued to get fooled by player reaction to contact. Maddison got Bruno sent off today and the VAR, for whatever reason, didn't feel like intervening.

C'mon he just needs a little more time and like 3 or 4 more former Ajax players and he can get United back up into 8th place where they belong.
