    "MLS Standout"?!?

I guess I did see him standing out on the field once or twice warming up before taking a spot at the end of the bench for the Fire.

The season he scored 4 goals in 31 matches or
The season be scored 0 before being shipped off to Montreal?

He outscored the career totals of Fire legends Wanchope, Nery Castillo and the Australian Messi in ONE season?!?! WOW!

  7. Kiwi Messi!

    Best me to it.

  10. Meola & Dunseth had a nice interview with Wee Dave Sarachan on SiriusXM. His current project is assisting Robbie Keane at Maccabi Tel Aviv.

    Kei Kamara has a job

LAFC. We'll see how much time he gets when Giroud arrives.

    Kei is.
Oh, I thought you said 90 year old guy.

Kei is not a 90 minute guy, either.

However, I think it could be a good fit for him.

Point was he may get a 1000 minutes....be interesting to compare/contrast his numbers with Barlow at the end of the season.

    That would be depressing.
Mighty Tom Barlow will end this season with zero goals.
Kei Kamara will end with more than zero.

I took a second look at this. It is interesting (and I am not being serious here)
He is going to score 28 goals this season?:confused:
    Wondolowski has 171 goals to Kamara's 144.

He only has 29 matches left in the season with LAFC, and that assumes he plays today! o_O

I guess it is possible, as three players have scored more than 27 goals in a season and two WERE in LA (Vela 34-LAFC 2019, Martinez 31-Atl 2018, Ibrahimovic 30-LAG 2019) :D

Although, it might be difficult, as Kamara has only scored 28+ goals for a Team once in his career and that was 38 goals over five seasons at Sporting KC.
He did score 22 for Columbus in 2015 for his only season over 15 league goals scored

If Kamara scores 28+ goals in 1,000 minutes, they had better rename the goal scoring award after him.
A goal every 35.7 minutes would be amazing! ;)

I mean, in Messi's best season (2011-2012), he scored 73 goals in all competitions, but that was over 60 or so games and 5,221 minutes played, so a goal every 71.5 minutes.
(by the way, Messi average 87 minutes a game for those 60 games)
He did score 50 goals in the league, but in 3,269 minutes, a goal every 65.35 minutes.
He scored 14 goals in Champions League, in just 990 minutes, a goal every 70 minutes.

Kamara JUST needs to double Messi's best output ever and the record is his!:thumbsup:

Ex-Fire legend, Jhon Duran was involved in a car wreck.

He has six goals in 900 minutes over 28 matches.

Fire sorely need an aggressive, skillful central midfielder who can score.

Imagine the club having believed in, and stayed the course to have, Djordje, Guti and Pineda ‘glow up’ together and represent Chicago(land)!
    And Brady!!!
    And Mueller…
    And Gutman,,,
