If that’s the case Ney stays at PSG. He doesn’t want to be second fiddle to a teenager.

Mbappé out of PSG ? I don't think so. Why in the world would PSG sell him ?

I will believe it when I see it. They have some other players they can unload and apparently a new sponsor.

Well some good news .... it looks as though FakeRonaldo may well be heading out of Real Madrid !!

So many are suggesting it's virtually a done deal , apparently he's the player himself that's driving this deal through !!

    Please let it happen ..

Is this his message to the Plastidistas ? Because you know, he said he'd be talking to them in a few days after the CL Final ... :whistling:

PSG already passed FFP for next year

    Like officially...

It did plenty of good but it doesn't have any bite

Listening to the radio and Sky Sports they sound convinced that it's a done deal , already passed a medical .. suggestions that Juve ideally want to unveil Ronaldo07 on the 7th of July ( 7/7 ) ..

Last time I was as happy as this was when Pepe was shipped out :)

I don't know ... the league has been almost a sure thing while Ronaldo has been a Madrid player.

Well, we'll see. "News" has the habit of hitting this forum a bit prematurely these past few months. I'll believe it when the BBC reports it. The interest from Madrid in selling CR7 to Juve does seem real though. But LPB would get a shitload of money that they can use to make themselves better.

Also CR7 hasn't exactly been tearing it up in La Liga the past 2 seasons. So even if he does leave it isn't going to help Barca win La Liga or Copa, although I know you don't care much about those trophies. At least it would be difficult for LPB to 4-peat in the CL w/o Ronaldo. And if he left I'll be happy if its not to Man Utd.

I think Juve are still closer to winning the CL than ManUtd. He's considered a legend by United fans and if he goes back there and doesn't win any major trophies (very possible) then it could sour his reputation with the fans slightly. Also, if he won the CL with Juve it might be the thing that finally flips the Messi v Ronaldo debate in CR7's favor on a global scale.

Less to lose / more to gain by going to Juventus for sure.

I actually admire Florentino for putting his foot down. I mean, why are you going to give a big raise to a 33 year old ? I know the guy is a physical freak and probably won't slack off, but you have to assume he will slow down soon (more than he already has). That would just be bad business.

True. Which makes one wonder, is it a good move by Juve to chase Ronaldo? Given their spending over the years, I would assume that they wouldn't have money to buy anyone else this summer if they spend €100m on CR7. They are an ageing squad that needs reinforcement in a few positions, least of all striker / forward. It would mean Higuain is gone I guess, who they just spent €90m on 2 years ago, and I don't think they will recoup much money from that sale even in this crazy market.

Cristiano’s current version of Tapinaldo can last till his retirement at the age of 41 so it’s a bargain for Juve. He’s still pacy and better than Piguain. Juventus was always a rich club anyways and Serie A will probably rejuvenate.

Sometimes I feel Neymar has a legit case for a foul, especially when he played for us. He regularly gets into positions where defenders have to lunge or throw him off. But Ney is The Boy Who Cried Wolf, and no ref wants to give him the benefit of the doubt.
